A former Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) turned Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), who decided to quit her full-time job, stop making excuses for her unfulfilled life + start LIVING — a life of more freedom, more love, & more joy!

After struggling with my mental and physical health for over 10 years and receiving no answers from doctors except, “take this pill” — I embarked on a journey for answers.

That journey sparked deep passion and sense of purpose within me. So after years of learning and healing, I decided it was time to take all that I’ve learned from various cultures, programs, and disciplines and share it with the world!

Health is wealth — and no one should have to go through the world feeling disempowered or alone in their health struggles. There are answers, it’s simply a matter of looking for them.
